Project Soul is a peaceful space to be yourself - to be seen and heard without judgement. It’s a supportive process that cultivates change, growth and calm from the inside out.

Aligning your inner and outer worlds, your values, your intentions and goals, to live a life more connected to yourself and to others.

I have a deep knowing that my purpose is to support people through stress, whether that be chronic stress or recent stressful circumstances. I know it, because I’ve lived it. I’ve been through it.

With guidance and support with a range of modalities, tools and practical techniques, I witness people transform their nervous system from a state of fight/flight, overwhelm and anxiety to an inner place that is relaxed, balanced and connected. Just as nature intended.
