  • Leave with practical tools, to increase the calm in your life and sleep better

  • Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners, looking to widen their knowledge and experience

Kate is so friendly and warm. I went to one of her workshops and instantly felt welcome. She went through a range of different techniques that can be implemented each day and don’t necessarily require a long time to do.
I felt more calm & self-aware after leaving, and now have some simple strategies to help me keep calm & focused.
