Stress comes in all forms (chronic and/or current circumstance), different symptoms and severities. Every person deserves support, no matter the circumstances. Being in fight/flight/freeze, overwhelm, anxiety and overthinking can be debilitating, and hold us back from living a life that we can enjoy and be present in. I have experienced this first hand. In Stress Support Sessions, we work together in the peace of Project Soul, with authenticity and honesty, to help you create and step into a life that feels good.
We have a look at what life is like for you now and the symptoms of stress you currently experience. We workshop to create a clear vision and ideal of what a fulfilling, calm, connected life looks like and feels like for you.
Every session is tailored to you, using a range of modalities including meditation, hypnotherapy, relaxation breathing and holistic wellness tools that support your nervous system. The only thing that is the same in each session is my curiosity, kindness and non-judgement - allowing you to be unapologetically yourself - to be seen and heard.
No matter what is going on for you, my aim for your time spent at Project Soul is to leave feeling nurtured, supported and calm, with a sense of hope and possibility.
I help you to connect with yourself - to go inwards and tune in to your values, regaining confidence, purpose and aligning your true self, to the world around you.
Because when life feels good on the inside, it has a beautiful ripple effect on the outside.

What is clinical hypnotherapy?
The aim of hypnosis is to move you into your desired goal or outcome. It is a gentle therapy focused on your current being, and moving forward into positive change. Moving you from “I think I can” to “I know I can”.
What the mind agrees to, the body will respond to. Whatever you can imagine, hold in your mind and feel as real, can become real.
Your conscious and unconscious mind are coached into communication by me, your therapist. Finding your true feelings, clarity, values and what you truly want.
Clinical hypnotherapy is a communication process by which the conscious mind and unconscious mind agree. A hypnotherapist doesn’t hold any mystical power! All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. A hypnotherapist guides you to alter your own hypnotic state.
And fun fact – hypnosis in its many forms (the use of trance, prayer and meditation) has been used for thousands of years.
